Ok, so most of you know that I am a Yoga & Les Mills Bodyflow instructor out here at Gold's Gym. Well, I have been absolutely ADDICTED to this program we have called BodyCombat.....therefore I signed mysefly up to take the teacher training this weekend in Broomfield, CO (just north of Denver). It turns out that a member from our gym wanted to vertify in it as well so now we are roomies for the weekend! :) I am very excited to become a "Combat Chic" and work towards getting my own class!Saturday, May 9, 2009
Combat Training!
