Yesterday Wayne and I visited the Royal Gorge in Canon City, Colorado. It's a 1,300 foot gorge with a suspension bridge built all the way across it, either to walk or drive. (We did both!) You can see the bridge off to the left of this picture (by my neck), but the pic just doesn't do it justice! While we were walking across it there was a huge burst of wind that caused the bridge to sway and made several people loose their balance! It was AWSOME!Sunday, May 25, 2008
The Royal Gorge-Colorado's Natural Wonder
Yesterday Wayne and I visited the Royal Gorge in Canon City, Colorado. It's a 1,300 foot gorge with a suspension bridge built all the way across it, either to walk or drive. (We did both!)
